We prioritize your privacy rights and guarantee that data is processed lawfully, transparently, and only for specified purposes.

2. What Code Data Leaves Your Machine?

None of your proprietary software files or code logic blocks are permanently stored in VIBEAUDIT cloud databases. The CLI scanner parses files locally and sends temporary, stateless JSON vulnerability metadata payloads (under 20KB per vulnerability finding) to trigger AI remediation prompt workers. Once the prompt payload is generated and output, it is discarded from active memory and is never used to train public LLMs or other model weights.

3. Your Rights Under GDPR Directive

EU residents are granted specific data privacy rights:

• Right of Access: You can request details of all personal registration data we store.
• Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You can ask us to permanently wipe all trace history, account settings, and contact forms information from our servers.
