By downloading, installing, or executing the VIBEAUDIT CLI scanner tool (`vibe-audit-scan` / `vibe`), or using the website services hosted under the vibeaudit domain, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the tool.
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the VIBEAUDIT scanning tool locally on your hardware. The command line tools analyze local directories for code vulnerabilities. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the core scanning engine binaries.
Subscriptions to the VIBEAUDIT Pro and Enterprise plans are managed and billed internationally by Lemon Squeezy Merchant of Record (MoR). By subscribing, you agree to comply with all Lemon Squeezy invoice terms, payment compliance regulations, and subscription cancellation processes.
VIBEAUDIT is designed to aid developers by surfacing code vulnerability alerts in codebases. However, the system is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. VIBEAUDIT does not guarantee that your software will be 100% immune to vulnerabilities or breach incidents in production environments.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of incorporation of VIBEAUDIT, without regard to conflict of law rules.
